eMail Sending Problems

Normally your email servers donot have any problems, our alarm will be sound if they have any problems

Before you contact us about your email problems, make sure you have read and understood this Mail help part. Especially check:

1. Username: webmaster@yourdomain.com
2. Checked "My server requires authorization" if you use mail.yourdomain.com as your outgoing mail server
3. Uncheck "My server requires authorization" if you use your ISP's mail server as your outgoing mail server

By Default, all the emails to your domain will go to your webmaster@yourdomain.com email address. It is your catch-all email address.

If you receive too many junk emails, your webmaster@yourdomain.com account will occupy too much of your web space. It means your website is a spammer friendly website, and we donot host this kind of website.
