MAIL Help

• Setup mail in Outlook Express or other mail clients
• Setup forwarding mail using the control panel

Your outlook Email setting:

Your mail server( both po3 and smtp): mail.yourdomain.com

Your incoming email setting work as normal email setting.

tools > account > add mail > DisplavName( AS you like ) > Next > I already have an email address:( webmaster@yourdomain.com )>Next > My Incoming Mail server (POP3) > Incoming mail ( mail.yourdomain.com ) > Outgoing mail ( mail.yourdomain.com ) > Next > account name: webmaster@yourdomain.com >password:password > Finish .

Out going email:

Ensim uses SMTP AUTH: selecting this is your mail server settings this will work for outlook and express "My server requires Authentication" That option should be under Tools > Accounts > Mail > Properties > Server

If your mail server mail.yourdomain.com doesnot work, you can change your outgoing mail server to your Internet Access Provider's mail server by unchecking Authentication. Because some Internet Access Provider donot allow other mail servers using their services.

If you use our Internet Access Service, Please set your outgoing mail server to : smtp.safepages.com. Uncheck "My server requires Authentication"
newsgroup name server:
ServerName: news.safepages.com
Username: your username
Password: your password

Webbased email and setting up pop3 e-mail accounts on the server:       Top

You can add unlimited users and groups in your control panel, just follow the instruction there. Please remember every user you create has his own web space http://www.yourdomain.com/~user

Problems Sending Email       Top

SMTP is used to send Internet Mail.  You can use SMTP providing that you meet the following conditions.

1. You check a valid pop3 account before you try to send mail

2. Your ISP does not use a proxy (Netzero and most free isps do not allow you to send mail)
