Your Bandwidth includes:

1. Your http bandwidth
2. Your FTP bandwidth
3. Your Email bandwidth
4. Your Mysql bandwidth

How to compute your bandwidth:

• ( files' size) X ( How many times they are called )

How to check my bandwidth ?

• login to your control panel http://www.yourdomain.com/admin
• site report can tell your bandwidth and your click, request, and remote IP.
• site summary can tell your how many bandwidth you have used this month. ( from the beginning of the month )

How long have you keep my bandwidth record?

• Our server can only keep two month bandwidth records. Your bandwidth records will be rotated automatically.
• Our finance will record your extra bandwidth at the beginning of every month and keeps your records into their computers

How to pay my Extra Bandwidth ?

We check the bandwidth at the beginning of every month. We will notify you if you have exceeded your free bandwidth.

The yearly payment plan has credit in our company. We will debit your credit with your extra bandwidth fee untill you have used up your credit

Monthly payment plan has to pay us your extra bandwidth fee to sales@powerhoster.com by paypal 5 days after you have received our extra bandwidth notification.

We use Ensim software. All the bandwith is in real time statistics. If you have any questions on your bandwidth statistics, please consult your control panel.
