If you will be using an email client, such as Microsoft Outlook®, Mozilla Thunderbird™, or Microsoft Entourage®, to send outgoing email through this account, you will need to relay those messages through our servers. All email accounts come with the capability of sending up to 250 email messages per day through the SMTP Relay. You can purchase additional SMTP relays to increase your message limit. When you purchase SMTP relay accounts, you can apply the relays to any of your email addresses.

If you have trouble connecting to your email account, first make sure you have set up SMTP Relay in your email account.
