You can attach files to Online Group Calendar events so that users can view the files associated with an event, such as a meeting agenda.

To Attach a File to an Event

1. From the Go to list, select the calendar you want to use for scheduling the event. The Go to list is in the menu bar on the right side of the window.
2. Click the Add Event button.
3. Click the Attachments tab.
4. Click Add Attachment.

5. Locate and open the file you want to attach.

   NOTE: Files can be up to 5 MB in size.

6. Continue completing the fields as you want. For more information about scheduling events, see Scheduling Events Using All Fields and Lists.
7. Click OK.

The file name of the attachment displays on the Attachments tab.
