When you add the Assisted Service Plan to an existing dedicated or virtual dedicated server our technicians must first re-provision the server. This means that any data on the server will be lost. Before starting the Assisted Server upgrade process you should be sure that all of your server's data is backed up. We are not responsible for the loss of any data during a server re-provisioning.
