Why can't I see the IP Addresses that I purchased for my server in Plesk?

Use the "Reread IP" function in Plesk to display your new or additional IP addresses.

To Reread Your IP Addresses in Plesk

  1. Log in to Plesk as "admin."
  2. On the Server Administration page, click the IP Addresses icon.
  3. Click Reread IP.
  4. You additional IP addresses should now be available in in the IP list.

If your IP addresses do not display automatically, please contact customer support.
