You can upload sound files up to 100MB in size.

To Upload Your Sound File to Quick Blogcast

1. Click Upload at the bottom of the Quick Recorder. The Upload window displays.
2. In the Name your podcast episode field, enter a name for your podcast episode.
3. Optionally, you can adjust the Quality of your podcast by moving the slider to Low, Mid, or High.
4. Click Upload.
   Note: If you are not already logged in to Quick Blogcast, you will be prompted to log in to Quick Podcast.
5. In Quick Podcast, click Upload.
