Use the Dedicated Hosting Manager to perform basic account management, including account setup and monitoring of bandwidth usage. The Dedicated Hosting Manager also allows you to request a power cycle and submit trouble tickets for problems related to your dedicated server.
To access the Dedicated Hosting Manager
- Log in to your Account Manager.
- From the Hosting and Email list, select Dedicated/Virtual Dedicated Servers.
- Click Launch Manager next to the dedicated server account that you want to manage.
- The Dedicated Hosting Manager opens in a new window.
