You can use the Dedicated Hosting Manager — available through the Dedicated/Virtual Dedicated Servers section of your account-management interface — to perform your basic account management, including account setup and monitoring of bandwidth usage. The manager also allows you to request a power cycle of your server and to submit trouble tickets for problems related to your dedicated server.

To Access your Dedicated Hosting Manager

1. Log in to your Account Manager. From the Hosting and Email list, select Dedicated/Virtual Dedicated Servers.
2. Click Launch Manager next to the dedicated server account that you would like to manage.
3. The Dedicated Hosting Manager opens in a new window.
